There are too many Tan Sri , Dato Sri and Datuk. There must be a limit to it. Even like Penang , a small State , every year at least 80 Datoship given away ( Correct me if i am wrong ).
Certain state , throughout the year give non stop giving awards. Manay as young as 30 year old carry the title of Dato. I also dont know how their father and grandfather going to address them.
The grandfather will address the grandson as Dato ???. Protocol wise all gone .
The govt should propose an age limit for those who are consider for awards , especially Datoship and above. Maybe must be 50 and above. Age 30 and below getting Datoship is ridiculous.
