Since Penang Govt has never dared disclose a comprehensive list of state land, land rights and assets traded away, this is the list based on publicly available sources.
This list is unconfirmed by the Penang Govt and is a list in progress as more details are known.
If the list is accurate than the DAP Penang Govt has sold or traded away *5,809.3 acres* of Penang land and land rights for a total payment of *RM37 billion* since they took over in 2008.
